一般情况下开机都自动自动配置，不会自动配置的运营商也会发送一个配置信息，点击信息里的配置链接就会自动配置，也有某些不知名的原因，确实需要我们手动配置，
安卓手机设置
- 设置里选择“移动网络”选项。
- 转到“接入点名称 (APN)”。
- 按顶部的“添加+”按钮
苹果IOS设置
- 转到“设置”部分。
- 选择“移动数据”选项。
- 输入“移动数据网络。
